It's ok to change your mind!
We happily accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from date of purchase, for new products, with tags still attached.
The team at Wilson and Frenchy take extreme care in ensuring your goods are of the highest quality, so if you find a fault with one of our products we will review the issue as soon as possible and replace it for you.

Wilson and Frenchy offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia and New Zealand.
If you are in a hurry to receive your order, Express Shipping is available at checkout for a flat fee of $13.00 for orders within Australia. If you are creating an order on a Friday and would like to opt for Express post Saturday delivery please select the $13.00 Express post option and let us know you would like a Saturday delivery in the order notes.
Australia Post Express Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
When will my order get dispatched?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne Australia. Orders within Australia are sent with Australia Post eParcel and TNT or DHL for all International orders. Deliveries are subject to Victorian Public Holidays.
Your order will be dispatched within 24hours during these times (allow up to 1 week during major sale periods)
All orders placed before 10am AEST (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.
If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched the next working business day for all standard deliveries please allow 2-5 working days once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If you have opted for Express Shipping, you should receive your order within 1-2 working days within capital cities.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us once you have placed your order, and another email with tracking information to keep you in the loop from Australia Post once your order has been picked up from our warehouse. This email contains your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website (this can sometimes take up to 4hours to be searchable in their system)
We are also pleased to offer international shipping to all corners of the world, see above for delivery rates to your country.
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
IMPORTANT: International taxes and duties Please note any additional importation charges, taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Your delivery charge does not include such additional charges.
