You can earn points on full priced Wilson & Frenchy items, and by completing certain actions. Please find it all outlined here.

Your points expire annually. They expire 12 months after they are earned. You can check your W&F Balance by logging into your account.
No. Once you’ve joined, your membership never expires. Each year, your level is transferred over.
Rewards are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, or sale item. A maximum of one reward can be used per order.
Currently, our Loyalty program is exclusive to purchases made online at Wilson & Frenchy’s official website.
No. Points are not awarded for the initial purchase of the gift card. Points are awarded when the gift card is used to make a purchase.
No. Only purchases made after you join our loyalty program will count towards your points balance and tier level. W&F Rewards was covertly launched on 7pm Wednesday 3rd of June 2026, so spend from this date onwards is included in your rewards journey.
If you return an item, the corresponding points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
We encourage you to refer all your friends and family, and make our W&F Community a little stronger on the way. We kindly ask that our community remains authentic and fair for all. Referrals must be to genuine new costumers.
