Refund policy

We happily accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size for our new season stock within 30 days from date of purchase, with tags still attached.

Please note that change of mind returns will not be offered for items purchased on sale or during a promotion (excluding the sign-up promotion). Wilson and Frenchy take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality, so if you find a fault with one of our products we will review the issue as soon as possible and if found faulty, we will replace it for you. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to receive your return

Simply lodge your return here (https://360.postco.co/wilsonandfrenchy) and send it back to us with the item(s) in their original condition, including tags, within 30 days of receiving your product.
