It's ok to change your mind! we will accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from date of receipt. For change of mind returns, items must be unworn with tags still attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

Sometimes packages take a while to get back to us so please be patient and allow up to 30 days for us to process your return. We always do our best to refund or replace items as soon as they are received.

Wilson and Frenchy offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia.
If you are in a hurry to receive your order, Express Shipping is available at checkout for a flat fee of $13.00. We are also pleased to offer INTERNATIONAL shipping to all corners of the world, see below for delivery rates to your country.
- All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne Australia
- Orders within Australia are sent with Australia Post eParcel and TNT for all International deliveries
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday subject to Victorian Public Holidays
- Your Wilson and Frenchy order will be dispatched within 24hours during these times (allow up to 1 week during major sale periods)
- All orders placed before 10am AEST (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and dispatched the next working business day
- For all standard deliveries please allow 2-5 working days once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse
- If you have opted for Express Shipping, you should receive your order within 1-2 working days within capital cities
- You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us once you have placed your order, and another email with tracking information to keep you in the loop from Australia Post once your order has been picked up from our warehouse. This email contains your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website (this can sometimes take up to 4hours to be searchable in their system)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes
International taxes and duties
Please note any additional importation charges, taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Your delivery charge does not include such additional charges.
