We are accepting online orders and intend to offer you the same level of care, consideration and passion you have come to expect from us! We are also working closely with our warehouse to ensure the health and safety of all our staff.
How long will it take to process my order?
Our standard processing time for all orders is between 1-2 days. You may now need to allow up to 3 days for orders to be processed.
What is the delivery timeframe within Australia?
Due to high demand, Australia Post is experiencing delays between 5-7 days for standard services. Express next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What is the delivery timeframe within New Zealand?
Due to high demand, New Zealand Post is experiencing delays between 10-14 days for standard services. Express delivery cannot be guaranteed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Do you deliver Internationally?
Yes, we are delivering to New Zealand and the USA. Temporarily, we are not delivery to any other International countries.
How can I return or exchange?
