What is the plan for online fulfillment?
Our warehouse is currently still open, and we are closely working with our staff to ensure their health and safety while continuing to fulfil your online orders.
Will my order be delayed?
Our order processing time may increase to 3-7 business days. NZ and International deliveries may be delayed due to reduced network capacity.
How can I return or exchange?
In response to COVID-19, we have extended our returns policy to 60 days. If your return is at risk of falling outside of this window, please reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com for further help.
